The White Room Is A Beautiful Space Providing A High Ceiling And Large Windows Which Allows Natural Light To Fill The Room. The White Room Is Mirrored And Is Fitted With Harlequin Studio Dance Floor And Holds Potential For Many Different Uses. As Well As Providing An Excellent Space For Theatre And Dance Rehearsals, The Room Can And Has Also Been Hired As A Gallery Space And For Private Or Corporate Events And Functions. The Courtyard Can Also Help With Catering Arrangements.

Both theatres have an in-house sound system designed by our expert sound engineer and perfect for a variety of events. The 12-channel mixer is capable of handling multiple analogue and digital inputs. Front of House (FOH)

LIGHTING
A comprehensive lighting rig is provided, controlled by our rackmount touchscreen computer and ETC Gadget 2 which can accommodate

Colours and light positions can be adjusted to meet your specifications; however, our rig does not include any movers or pre-showprogramming.

If you wish to have a more dynamic lighting design it will be necessary to arrange your own lighting technician and/or additional equipment. Lighting engineers and designers can be arranged on request at least 14 days before the booking for an additional charge.

LEVELS

We have a house limit of 98dB(A) Leq15. This will be monitored by our staff during the performance and is not negotiable. Our PA system is controlled by a remote computer running d&b’s control software, R1. There is some narrow band attenuation in the bass and sub frequency ranges to reduce transmission and resonance both in the Studio and for the rest of the building. This is an important factor in the operation of our PA system and is the result of some considerable research and measurement. We are therefore unable to install or operate any other PA system without the appropriate testing and equalisation in place.

LIGHTING
