Your Visit
- Enhanced, regular cleaning measures are in operation
- Extra signage is in place to remind building users to regularly wash their hands and observe personal hygiene measures
- Hand sanitiser stations are positioned in all communal areas and soap is provided in the toilets
- Paperless ticketing is in operation and we recommend that all tickets are purchased in advance from our online box office
- You will be emailed an e-ticket which may be shown on your mobile device when you arrive at the theatre and you can also print this off and show it upon arrival at the theatre
- Contactless payments is in operation at all times; no cash will be accepted
- In the Main House be aware that you MAY be sat next to people from a different household
- Live Music events MAY have additional measures in place by Promoters, including proof of negative Lateral Flow Device on the day of the event, and you will be contacted directly with further information
You Must Not Enter The Courtyard Theatre and/or Purchase a Ticket If You:
- Believe you may have COVID-19
- Are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or have experienced symptoms at any point in the 10 days prior to your visit
- Have been in close proximity to anyone who has experienced symptoms in the 10 days prior to your visit
- Have been instructed to self-isolate
